If you and your partner don’t feel like going out, this will be the perfect way to elevate your at-home date night experience.

What you will need:
- Hot pepper bacon jam – you don’t want to skip this, it’s delicious!
- 6-8 slices Prosciutto
- 6-8 slices package Salami
- 8 Olives
- 1 package goat cheese (I love the honey jalapeno flavor from Trader Joes!)
- 4 oz Cheddar cheese
- 1 Red bell pepper
- Grapes
- Blackberries
- Strawberries
- Apricots
- Whole grain crackers of your choice (I like to use at least 2 different types)
- Honeycomb
Assembling a charcuterie board can be fun and there are many ways to do it but the steps below can help you get started! Don’t overthink it and make a spread full of color and flavor and ENJOY!
How to Assemble:
- Start on one side of the board with some crackers
- Begin assembling some cheese, fruits, veggies, meat, and the honeycomb. Continue this pattern until the board is covered.
- Add some more crackers to the outer edge of the board.
- Next add your olives to a small bowl and place them in a desired spot on the board. This may require shifting a few things around.
- Pour the jam into a small bowl, and add to a desired spot on the board
- Cheers your partner and dive in!
Don’t forget to set the scene with candles, wine, flowers, and other romantic essentials. Here’s to love!
