Kimchi Egg Salad
Ingredients
- 8 boiled eggs
- 1/2-3/4 cup chopped kimchi
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- 3/4 cup edamame
- 1/8 cup sliced green onion
- 3/4 cup kewpie mayo
- Salt to taste
