Roasted Cabbage Recipe

This week I found myself with half of a red cabbage (from a salad I previously posted on this blog) wilting in my refrigerator, so the only logical next step was to try roasting it. I’d never eaten cooked red cabbage, but I’m known for trying new things in the kitchen. Thus, this roasted cabbage recipe was born!

It’s very simple, tender, and a perfect side dish to any dinner. Try it and let me know what you think!
