Choco Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk (I used lite canned coconut milk)
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Whisk milk, cocoa, maple syrup or honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in chia seeds.
- Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with berries, dark chocolate, coconut peanut butter, or coconut flakes.
Store in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 5 days. Add fresh toppings just before serving.
