Choco Chia Pudding

When you want breakfast to feel like dessert, this choco chia pudding is the answer! Silky, decadent, and naturally sweetened, it’s perfect for chocolate lovers who still want a nourishing start to the day.

Choco Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk (I used lite canned coconut milk)
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Whisk milk, cocoa, maple syrup or honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Stir in chia seeds.
  3. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Top with berries, dark chocolate, coconut peanut butter, or coconut flakes.

Store in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 5 days. Add fresh toppings just before serving.
