The Best Dietitian Recommended High Fiber Bar

Did you know that only 5% of Americans are meeting their daily fiber goals? Though some say that fiber is the new protein, a large gap in recommended intakes and actual intakes remains. High fiber bars, like my favorites from Olyra, help to fill that gap.
