  1. Blend or chop 1.5 cup walnuts into powder or chunks, whichever you prefer. Add to the mixing bowl with oats, peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, and mini chocolate chips.
  2. Form into balls and you have your nutty chocolate protein bites! Store for up to one week.
