
Vanilla Matcha Pistachio Protein Bites
1 cup pistachios
2 cups oats
3/4 cup UP2U unflavored protein powder
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup honey
1 cup almond butter
Directions
- Blend oats and pistachios into a powder (as well as you can if you’re using a nutribullet like me!) and add to a bowl.
- Add all other ingredients and form into balls. Enjoy!
